- Assistant Superintendent II (CONPASS 08): BSc or HND in any field
- Assistant Inspector (CONPASS 06): ND or NCE in related fields
- Assistant II (General Duty) (CONPASS 04): GCE/SSCE/NECO with 5 credits
- Assistant III (General Duty): GCE/SSCE/NECO with 4 credits
- Drivers/Artisans/Mechanics: Trade Test certificates and valid licenses

- Nigerian citizen by birth
- Aged 18-35 years
- Medically fit (certificate from a government hospital required)
- No criminal or financial fraud records
