Beginner’s Guide to Minting NFTs on Mintable for Free

Mintable is an Ethereum-based NFTs platform where creators and traders can mint and trade NFTs. Though it’s built on the Ethereum blockchain, the most beautiful thing about it is its gasless NFT creation process, which is totally free and easy. Its simplified steps make it an ideal beginner's platform for creating NFTs. That said, don’t take my word for it; let’s mint your first NFT and see how it goes. How to Mint Free NFTs on Mintable Now

You must not be an artist to mint right away; you can convert your picture into NFT for free by just following these steps:

Step 1. Visit the official site at mintable.app. Click on the link to be sure you are on the right site [mintable.app], see the image below. 

Step 2. Once you are on the site, sign up and create your account. You can either sign up with your Google or Facebook account or fill in the form as shown below. After filling in the form with your correct e-mail address, you will receive a six-digit confirmation code, to use to activate your mintable account

Step 3. Once you are done with sign-up and account confirmation, you will be prompted to connect your wallet to Mintable.

If you don't have metamask wallet yet, you can download it from the metamask official website and create your wallet. it is available on mobile on both the Play Store and IOS and as a browser extension. It is one of the most popular crypto wallets. A tutorial on metamask coming soon.

Step 4. Weldon! your sign-up is complete, now it is time to mint your first NFT.

Click on Mint to start.

You will have to choose between the gasless or traditional options for minting. because you want to mint without having to pay gas fees, choose the gasless and proceed to mint 

You’ll have the option to create a new item after clicking on Proceed to Mint.  Choose the Easy mode for the minting, which will automatically help you create a gasless NFT for free. While on the above page, upload the object you want to mint and fill in other details about the NFT such as the category and price you want to sell it for. Once you complete all the little details, click on "List Item."

Step 5. Finally, Sign a message to sell your NFT, and you will be on your way to your first sale as your NFT will be automatically listed and available at the Mintable Gasless Shop.
