As we continue to keep faith with the NPC to surprise Nigerians and doubters who do not yet believe that the commission can deliver on her promises, we urge them [NPC] to take the training of the census functionaries seriously as the success or failure of the exercise depends largely on it. We also urge Nigerian, foreigners, and partners to keep faith with the NPC, and for all, especially the ad-hoc functionaries to participate actively in making the long-awaited Nigeria's first digital census a success.
