The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has announced an exciting development in its 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Programme. As the second cohort [cohort 2] of the programme begins training, 50 laptops will be distributed monthly in the 5-month programme to deserving fellows.
