Implementation
The program will be rolled out in phases, with an initial pilot phase covering 12 states of Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Kano, Kaduna, Rivers, Oyo, Kogi, Enugu, Borno, Delta, Nasarawa and Gombe
These states were selected to represent the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria, ensuring a balanced rollout of the initiative across the country. The pilot states will serve as a testing ground for the program, allowing NITDA and NYSC to refine the initiative before scaling it up to other states.
